At ZESASE (PTY) LTD we have our goals set to benefit the company, clients as well as the community at large:
Revenue wise we are planning on cutting down costs for every project in question by
looking at how and where the company spends most of its revenue. ZESASE (PTY) LTD is aiming high; we do not
see ourselves achieving anything less than 85% of revenue in the next 12 Months.
• Improve human resources and efficiency.
• Spend at least one month learning our primary competition and brainstorming on what we offer that they do not
offer, improving our services and looking at the opportunities on hand.
• Ensure 100% customer service satisfaction and receive at least 95% of positive feedback regarding the service
and work satisfaction. We plan to have a service research process that will include questioners as well as a
suggestion box open to the public.
Giving back to the community, ZESASE (PTY) LTD plans to give back to the community by form
of job opportunities, supporting nonprofit organizations and charity.
